You have to walk through a smoking casino to get to your room and for someone with allergies this was terrible. The front desk staff were not friendly. The pool and hot tub was closed which was what we were looking foreword to using after a running event. Would not recommend. The only 5 star I would give is to the shuttle drivers whom were very nice.

The staff is competent and treat people well. The lobby is full of casino tables, gambling and similar stuff, what is common in Las Vegas, where smoking is allowed and the smell is all around at the lobby area.

Some of the staff were really friendly, some had zero personality. Security was always nice and Christy at the front desk was nice. There was a 1/2 poop (didn't flush all the way) in my toilet when i arrived. The elevator was down 1/3 of the time and I was even late for a meeting trying to negotiate the alternate maze to get to my vehicle.

Super close to UNLV. Easy to navigate around. Loved that there wasn’t a strong smoke smell in the hallways on the way to rooms. Clean rooms and spacious when one travels light.
