When i first arrived i checked in with ease, was told to call the front desk if we needed room service/ housekeeping. We went to the room and immediately noticed the light did not work over the mirror all night(not a big deal) just odd. The bathroom is SO SMALL you cant even get in to close the door without having to cram behind the door or next to the toilet( Not exaggerating it was small LOL). Room was just “OK”, i slept in one bed with my GF and the other my son we requested housekeeping since we were leaving to the strip all day; came back and the bed was not made no fresh towels( i requested that morning before 11am) came back around 6:30-7ish, that was a little ridiculous. We had to make our own bed and only had a comforter as we threw the sheets off to be helpful for housekeeping, was such an inconvenient situation. Next morning(8/13/25) i was over it just called requested fresh towels Since we had 0, we waited 25+ minutes for the towels no one came EVER, i ended up using a soiled towel to dry off since they never came over 30 minutes later(just to deliver towels) i checked out and explained it was crazy to not receive pretty much any basic service. You definitely get what you pay for when you go with a “cheaper option” ill be spending the money to stay on the stri next visit ahahaha
