Our stay at the MGM Grand Signature Hotel was an absolute letdown. Hidden fees were relentless—never disclosed during booking. Fresh towels? Pay extra. Housekeeping? A ridiculous $115 for a full clean. Trash bags? Even those came with a fee. A baby crib cost $45 per night. The room was disgusting—moldy bathrooms, filthy carpets, and I found a tick that bit me, leaving blood on the pillow after I killed it. The TV was broken, and staff couldn’t fix it until the next day. Poor hygiene, terrible service, and zero transparency make this hotel a complete rip-off. Stay elsewhere.

We had to clean room before we could stay. Dirty ,scratched furniture, hair on furniture. Refrigerator had broken shelves. My wife spent several hours cleaning. Couldn't sit on furniture so we bought plastic covers and lots of cleaning supplies. We have been coming to Las Vegas for 15 years and have never been so disappointed on our stay 😞

Rooms are nice but the compulsory valet got old. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Table was dirty. Also no housekeeping unless you pay to include trash pick up.

No contact with whomever managed the place. Couldn't get new bath towels, no coffee after the first day either. Trash bags did not fit the trash bin. Great location, amazing room but service was 1 star.

MGM Signature is one of favorite hotels to stay at in Vegas. I have stayed here plenty of times. I have booked with StripViewSuites at Signature before but this time they drop the ball. The main reason I like the MGM Signature is because of jetted hot tub. My jetted hot tub was broken and did not work. I had to called for maintenance to come and fix it. When me and my girlfriend wanted to used the hot tub at night we were so disappointed to find out it didn't work after filling the tub up with water. It was fixed but, we missed out on a night of jetted hot tub. They offer me a late checkout for the inconvenience , but that doesn't help when my flight is the early morning. They could have offer a credit for a future stay at the hotel instead. For future references someone should make sure that the jetted tubs are working properly in each room before placing guest in room that has unreliable equipment.

Great penthouse strip view.

Great room penthouse 32nd floor. Bathroom was great with a jetted tub which fit 2. The mattress felt old. It was bowed in the middle so two people meet in the middle while sleeping. The tv could be better i prefer the option to log into netflix. Hotel staff and location all amazing and we got the room for a steal. Overall great place.
