Love this place- was perfect for us- we don’t care that it didn’t have a casino- loved the peaceful atmosphere. Beds were nice- restaurant within the hotel was very reasonable and good. We always took a Lyft everywhere- so didn’t matter it wasn’t directly on the strip

Came in late on a weekday and had the pleasure of being helped by Sia and Kassidy at reception. When I inquired about the Art, both women were super knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely stay here again thanks to the hotel staff, but loved the atmosphere and accommodations as well! Thank you Ahere!

The room was exceptionally clean. I would even venture to say it was cleaner than some MGM properties where we have previously stayed. The staff was friendly and professional. The room provided shampoo, body wash, and body lotion, toiletries. I recall all hotel on the strip I stayed; Flamingo, Luxor, MGM...etc discontinued body lotion. The lobby is modest in size, and there isn't a bellboy available to assist with luggage, but they do provide luggage carts for guests to use. Additionally, this hotel offered a kettle to boil water. This truly is a luxury budget hotel, and I was fortunate to discover this property on this site, as I couldn't find it offered on other platforms. However, the most impressive aspects are: * There is no resort fee, whereas other hotels typically charge between $40 and $55, which often covers local phone calls (funny, right) and swimming pool access. However, this can be problematic if the pool is closed for renovations or during the winter. * Parking is free, which is a significant advantage as other hotels on the strip charge $25-$30, and these rates can be even higher during holidays or weekends. * This hotel does not feature a casino, which was ideal for us as we dont gamble, we're traveling with two young children. It meant our children did not have to navigate through the casino to elevator inhaling excessive cigarette smoke and the noises. We definitely will come back whenever we going to LV

If you like to be near the strip but not walking through overstimulating casinos and lights to get to your room Ahern is the place for you. I loved staying here during a local convention. the breakfast is great and the rooms are just right for setting up shop for a week. minifridge is cold and empty and cleaning service is on request so no housekeepers or minibars to manage. I will def stay here again if I need access to the LVCC.
