Mixed Experience: Stunning Interior, Unsettling Neighborhood

Positives: The interior of the apartment was as stunning as the listing photos portrayed. Impeccable cleanliness and chic decor made our stay enjoyable. The highlight was the life-changing overhead shower – a remarkable experience. Surprises: Arriving in Chinatown was a surprise; the area appeared rundown and had bars on windows, which felt unnerving, especially at night. It’s essential for future guests to be aware of this atmosphere upon arrival. Challenges: The most significant downside was the disruptive noise from upstairs neighbors, affecting our sleep throughout the first night. After contacting the host, they addressed the issue promptly, resulting in a peaceful second night. Recommendation for Future Guests: While the interior, cleanliness, and the host’s responsiveness were commendable, prospective guests should be mindful of the neighborhood’s unsettling appearance and potential noise disturbances from neighbors. Communicating with the host about any concerns, especially regarding neighboring occupants, may improve the overall experience.
