I didn't get the most of my time in your hotel due to the following resons: We had no hot water in the mornings We had no water 1 morining making me miss my work meeting We has no AC at nights forcing us to keep awake changing the AC degree lower and lower and still not cool enough The whole time I wasn't able to watch the television due to the given error code 771 - No signal. I've have to make many calls to front desk and the networking team that had open a ticket on the issue but not resolved Nor could I use the television to mirror my phone for casting I'm asking for a full refund of my stay from 7/20 - 7/24 including the $100 per day deposit and on 7/25 due to this inconvenience of your Hotel, Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

Negative: Long line to check in/kiosks not working, had to pay full bill upon checking in, room had broken fixtures-shower door/sink spigot/Cubie clock, furniture looked worn, though clean gave me ick. Had to change room. Had to discard garbage daily. Houskeeping request for towels (or anything) went unanswered, Everything answered by AI Rita. Not service oriented. Hard to speak to manager or anyone at service desk. Casino was directly in lobby (not in islated section) so I had to walk thru 2nd hand smoke daily so I had a mask on once I left room. In Vegas ONLY for Cowboy Carter concert. Hotel Rio was the worst part of my 1st trip to Vegas.

The Rio was very clean and the host were very good. I stayed with my daughter for the Beyoncé concert and we were 7 mins from the stadium. I would definitely stay again.

We went to check in and was told they were fully booked but were able to pay $50 for early check in. Once in the room the floor had mold and so did the ceiling! Then during check out the bathroom ceiling fell on us and came fully down. I’m currently in the middle of a dispute and waiting for management to get back to me.
