First roof was not acceptable. Road noise was incredibly loud. Nightstand was sticky and gross. My second room on poolside was much bettet. Large stain on the couch was gtoss. These rooms need updating. Hotel staff wete great.

It needs up grades for sure. I had a dirty towel but used it on the floor instead of my body so no biggie. Staff was nice however house keeping cleaned my room and left the door opened glad nothing of value was left in there while I was out. Parking was good. I didn't gamble sthat didn’t matter. Also knocking on my door 45mins before check out to see if I'm leaving is crazy and rude.

Staff was very courteous. The room needs some improvement. Outdated 1980s shower that took atleast 15 minutes to get any warm water. Just turned it on and waited forever. The 1 outlet in the bedroom area was literally coming out of the wall, closet door was off track so we couldn't use it. I think the love seat has seen its last days. No tissue in the tissue box ao used the thin 1 ply toilet paper. Just overall disappointed. The bed, however was comfortable and the hotel itself in the lobby and areas was beautiful.

This hotel and casino stay was fantastic from start to finish. A major plus for Las Vegas is the free parking, making arrival a breeze. There's a convenient bridge directly to the casino, which is home to a large non-smoking casino and lounge area, a real treat for those avoiding smoke. The casino floor itself features clean machines and friendly bar staff ready to serve. The accommodations were just as impressive. The room was clean with an excellent view of the Strip, a comfortable bed, and a shower that boasted excellent pressure. They even provided great smelling lotion, a small touch that made a big difference. The dining and beverage options truly elevated the experience. The Cellar was a highlight, offering great wine and a superb cheese platter, all served by friendly sommeliers and staff. For dinner, the Steakhouse was awesome, with delicious steaks and sides, complemented by a friendly and approachable wait staff. Overall, an exceptional visit with top-tier amenities and service throughout the property.

The first visit a random man walked into my room. I did bring it up to the front desk and all they said was lock the latch. This visit I got charged twice for the room. I’m still working on the refund and haven’t heard back from Rio.

Staff was fine they can only work with what’s available to them. My chk Out experience was horrid, Why any company would recommend using a Kiosk when the arrival and check out was totally a mess. When a kiosk is telling me I don’t have a room and I’m on my second day stay checking out on my second day, not the next day when I was suppose to chk out but I left early about 9 pm and after going back n forth with the machine I just gave up and rudely interrupted one of the people booking new people in, just to give him my room keys letting him know I’m checking out early. Along with other things this got to me the most. I’m sure it will be my last stay at this property.
