Arrived on Monday and went to take a shower on Tuesday water was lukewarm. Tried water on Wednesday and Thursday it was very cold. Went to desk and they told me that there was a problem but it was fixed and to let it run for 10 minutes. I did and it never got warm. Waited an hour and let it run about 25 minutes and it started to warm up. Took shower but was not real hot. Next morning tried water and it was cold again.

The first day there was no water due to a pipe issue.. it was upsetting but the rio refunded my resort fees so i couldn’t stay upset too long that was nice of them.. the room was clean but there was an unpleasant smell im guessing from the room being old.. overall it was a pleasant stay and they did resolve my first day issue.. i would recommend booking a renovated room when staying here for sure to avoid any issues

Not only did they hard charge my card twice they locked my card trying to overcharge my card every hour on the hour for 7 hours when I went to the front desk to ask for the manager this little feminine male walked up with an attitude to tell me I had to wait in line that had no one in it !! So with the most confused looked I turned to see there was no one inline I asked him I just need the manager he told me to come to this side if there was another issue. He then called security to try to have me removed from the building. Once security found out what was going on he then had to follow me to restaurants because the “credit” the hotel gave me from locking my card was not being accepted at any restaurant in the entire hotel.
