Check in here is really slow. Other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and recently refurbished. Just a shame it's a little way out of the rest of the strip, however it was close to an ihop which was handy! Great pool on floor 8 with lots of sun beds, day beds and cabanas, bar and great food.

The front desk check-in staff was great but our room was not supplied with wash cloths it had dirty bedding and the A/C needed repair which we requested but never received.

Property was very clean. Towels in our room was very random. Sometimes we would have wash clothes and other days we would not. Would have liked a towel for the floor in front of the shower.

I was not satisfied with my stay at the STRAT hotel. While booking through Expedia I read every detail and was never once informed that I'd have to pay a $300 holding fee once I arrived. I was only informed through Expedia that I'd have to pay my remaining balance. The house keeper never once changed my linens in my room when they cleaned. I also left the hotel to explore the strip and when I returned I was stopped by security and an employee telling me I was banned and not allowed back on the property. After explaining to them I never had any encounters with anyone to be banned from the property I was then asked for my Drivers license to confirm I was not banned. I was then let into the hotel. I spoke with a front desk rep on Friday April 17th to try and extend my room for a few hours longer on my check out day due to having a late flight on Monday April 24th, and was told speak to someone 24-48 hrs later to extend my stay. I spoke to someone on Sunday April 20th and was told I could not extend my room as that room did not qualify for extension. For this being my first time in Vegas and reading the reviews of this being a great place to stay, I was highly disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. I am a very dissatisfied guest.

I got the Blvd Suite for the tub, but it was dirty when we checked in. I called the front desk to ask if someone could please clean it while we went to the pool. Two hours later, we come back the the tub is in the same dirty condition. The shower had mold on the ceiling by the light. Cute room and clean bedding, the view was good and everything else was good.
