Front desk horrible

I booked 3 rooms for myself and family. Front desk was upset we booked room through 3rd party”hotels.com”, upon arrival “Julianna or Julissa” I forgot her name she was rude and complicating to talk to, she said all of my suites are taken. I was confused I booked 3 rooms and had confirmations for all of them but she wanted to tell me all the suites were taken and paid for by cash by other people. She made us wait 15-20 minutes while she went to the back room. When she returned she informed us that they did have 3 suites after all but in different floors. To make things worst she put all of our rooms next to elevators. I felt like she did this on purpose for whatever reason that was. Overall I hope this finds the right crowd and hopefully management at the Strat for better training for “Julianna” or “Julissa” working front desk Sunday 8/31 between hours of 2pm-5pm.

One of our rooms had vomit along the side of the bed and carpet. The other room had a crack across the ceiling and in the restroom. When we left to walk around the hotel area we were greeted by multiple homeless people either sleeping along the street or standing around the area.
