We did not have great experience with the hotel staff many of them were rude, the were not friendly and looked annoyed at any questions we had during our stay in the front desk. Our non smoking room stunk of cigarettes and when we asked to be moved we had to wait a few hours. We wasted time from our stay just to get a room we had paid for.
