WEEKEND VACAY

Kevin was very accomodating and easy to work with. He made sure all my questions before and during the stay were handled swiftly. The house was amazing. Kids loved the pool (with the pool toys provided). Nice location and very quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and clean house which helps when staying with family. Definitely would stay here again no questions asked.

Kevin's availability to respond quickly to the repairs needed was appreciated. Parking was plentiful the hottub installation a plus and beds were comfortable. ,)Plumbing needs attention and the gas leak was addressed day 2. Thanks for paying attention to the multiple inquiries about the fireplace and calling Southwest gas! iits beautiful and bcuz it was a chilly weekend it helped with the beat and ambiance!addressed

A gem near the desert nested in a nice neighborhood

The house was immaculate and had everything one needed. The nearby Resturants , nessesity shopping places and proximity to the strip if you needed to get there was only a 13 min drive. A great spot for groups of friends or business associates

Nice and clean place to stay. We stay for 1 night with two other family member. Could used the pool because it very cold during that time. Food and restaurant is closed by and it's only 15 minutes drive to Las Vegas strip. Red Rock Canyon is 20 minutes drive, we when there for a couple of hour then head home to LA. Checking in and out is quite easy. Kevin is our host, he's very helpful and nice.

Wedding Week

After our initial rental cancelled 18 hours before check in, it was a god sent to find this rental. It is a great place to stay for a large family. Since it was winter we were not able to use the pool, but it did get serviced while we were there. The back yard is spacious and holds a BBQ grill and patio set to enjoy evenings relaxing outside. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is coming into Las Vegas. Inside the unit is spacious and ready to cater to family gatherings.We were in town for my wedding so it was also a meeting point and stand by for guests and family. Kevin and Bonnie are attentive and excellent hosts. You cannot go wrong with this rental.
