Very nice and clean hotel, very beautiful and amazing that it doesn’t smell like cigarettes! Giant spacious rooms with great views, and easy to walk through the bellagio or cosmopolitan to get to other parts of the strip. The room was clean, with the exception of a couple minor issues. Overall, we have stayed here twice and will only stay here when in Vegas!

Hello, the only downside was the loudness due to helicopters riding by us, planes taking off, Also, not made aware the highway was right outside our room window. It was hard to sleep due to constant noise: requested room change but was not able to change because hotel was full.

Deceptive and terrible

Booked a CITY VIEW PANORAMIC suite instead of 2 rooms at one of the many hotels on the strip that we have been to because we wanted the kids to really see Vegas at all hours. The Hotels.com description also said you can see the Bellagio water show from the room. Paid a great deal of money for it! We get to the room on the 5th floor and the dusty windows are directly looking at a parking lot and/or a wall with bright lights at night. We spend hours at the front desk instead of exploring complaining that we were scammed! We were told that A. That is a desirable room that many guests “request” 😂. B. There are no more rooms to switch as they are fully sold out. C. They are not responsible for descriptions on 3rd party (Amazon owned Expedia who when contacted then disputed it making it a run around blame game as usual hoping we would just give up) and D. “Panoramic view” just means floor to ceiling windows not an actual view (which is not the implication anyone with a brain knows)! We got moved to a slightly higher floor and some food credit for our hours and ruined vacation. The “massive suite” had a pullout couch that took up the entire area when out you couldn’t even use the draws for clothes as a result and most of the space was a massive kitchen that had zero plates and utensils which we had to call 4 times and took until the second to last day to bring up! The Resturant that closes by 10 took an hour for breakfast because they are “understaffed” at this luxury hotel!

Staff was lingering outside our room at 1 am our final night, keeping my whole family awake and on edge. One of the dining chairs has a sharp stick pointing out that caught my heel and cut me. Besides these two inconveniences, our stay overall met our travel needs.

Hotel was fine as a quiet place to stay that is convenient to other properties and in the center of the strip. Rooms were large and seemed relatively new. The gym needs to be upgraded. Some of the equipment is not working. Other gyms on the strip at similar price points are much nicer.
