This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was awful. At 6:15 AM my toilet overflowed, and despite multiple calls, no one came for over an hour and a half. I was told maintenance had already “taken care of it,” which wasn’t true, then later told they couldn’t come because of a privacy light—so I turned it off and still they claim it was still on. My mom was in the room the entire time waiting and I was in the hallway waiting, no one came. After repeated calls and even going down to the front desk, I was told the work order had been stopped because of a shift change. In the meantime, my mom, who has a disability, was left without a usable bathroom. When the toilet was finally fixed, it only flushed once before failing again. Customer service was dismissive, communication was poor, and the entire situation was handled unprofessionally. I had to wait to speak to manager at the front desk for 15 minutes because they claim she was in a meeting. This was at 7:20 am. Interesting!!! Basic customer service, don’t make a customer wait. For such a basic necessity, this was incredibly inconvenient and stressful.

My favorite place to stay in Vegas not far off the strip. Far enough where it’s not super congested but close enough you get to everything on the strip easily. I love it ❤️

Room was okay however the music by the pool area in the evening was awful. Trying to rest or even sleep was impossible. The pool was disgusting with sand in it. Not many casual food options and no self service fountain drinks. When playing waitress we’re very few and slow. Only people that were efficient were the valet guys. Plus the threat of touching anything in the room frig or on top of the drawer was horrible. Terrible customer service. Don’t put in it the room if you don’t want anyone to pick it up to look at it without an alarm going off. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here. Wish I could get my money back and would have stayed somewhere else.
