Located in the parish of St Stephens, you`ll be surrounded by beautiful historic architecture, including the 13th-century church. Inside, the house boasts a fresh and contemporary-yet-cosy style, with recent updates to ensure your comfort. And for golf lovers, the property is just a 2-minute walk from the Launceston Golf Club!
You`ll find convenient on-street parking and a private gate at the front of the property, providing direct access to the charming rear garden. Step inside to a small hallway, perfect for storing boots and coats.
The ground floor features an open-plan layout, with a beautifully refurbished slate floor spanning the well-equipped kitchen and lounge area. Get cosy in front of the log-burning stove and unwind after a day of exploring. The newly refurbished bathroom, complete with shower and bath facilities, can also be found on this level.
Step out of the back door and onto a wonderful lawn and patio space, complete with a pergola for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. Cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ provided for guests` use.
