Staff were helpful, but because the property is on a steep slope it was a little difficult for my wife who has mobility issues. We also could not get the TV to work despite help from the staff.

The staff were inviting and helpful. The rooms were a great size and very comfy. The bathroom taps drip quite a bit and require some force to fully shut. The only downside is that there is next to no soundproofing so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you/above you or outside. We had a few noisy kids which made some nights hard to sleep.

Conveniently located in easy walking distance to the CBD. Great for business travel as while the surrounds are a bit tired the room was clean, comfortable and warm. Great value for money.

Older hotel, room clean and comfortable. Parking onsite and many dining options within walking distance. Friendly staff. No lift if you have heavy bags, not a problem for us. Would recommend

My wife and I found that the cleaners had not done their jobs properly. And the shower leaked. The exhaust was very noisy, but the maintenance guy who was doing the check-in. Came and replaced the fan. No breakfast menu available is very poor. Not even a continental breakfast.

The room I had was quite large with a spa bath, large TV, queen size and a single bed. Deco was pleasant clean and comfortable. Microwave over, kettle, coffee maker, assorted plates, cups and cutlery for one's use. A cosy retreat while the wind and rain raged outside. All for an excellent price I found via Trivago thanks to Wotif.
