Well located for a short walk into the CBD. Plenty of parking. Great views over Launceston. A little tired on the outside and surrounds but rooms are clean and comfortable.

Close to shops, eating areas etc Units clean and confortable. Staff were obliging and responded to requests positively. Only downside was the challenging parking cinditions on the steep slope of the parking area - but plenty of parking available.

There’s no balcony as pictured and they removed the demo photo later on. I found quite a bit of hairs left by either previous travelers or staff- long and short over the bed.

Clean and bright

Enjoyed our stay, comfortable rooms which looked like they'd been recently upgraded, bright and clean. Friendly helpful reception. Short walk downhill to CBD through lovely public garden. Walk back uphill challenging but fun. Recommended.
