It was disappointing not to have complimentary water on arrival. The staff did a wonderful job assisting with our needs. The food options were rather expensive, but very substantial.

The rooms were spacious but a little tired and in need of some updating. The taps were temperamental, and it was quite noisy — could hear kids running up and down the hallway and noise from the rooms next door. On the positive side, the food options were great with both on-site dining and room service available. All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Hotel was great , staff and facilities where great but it lost 2 stars because I booked a room for 4 people , it was obvious it was for 2 but beds were doubles so it was ok but only had 1 pillow per person ,one thicker pillow and one thin pillow on each bed and only two towels in the room . It was like there was no thought to how many people were staying in each room . I would have expected better for a 4 star hotel

Staff are friendly and reliable. The location was perfect and convenient. Everything was close by. Furniture and furnishing needs a bit of upgrade and bit of steam cleaning (couch/sofa). Outlet next to bedside would be very helpful. Parking was a bit of an issue but we stayed on the weekend so street parking was helpful. Over all the stay was great and bed was very comfortable.
