Hot tub is set at 100. If you adjust the temperature, you are responsible for resetting. If not reset this will result in a drain and refill fee
WATCH YOUR STEP. There are elevation changes throughout the house. We are not liable accidents. NO SHOOTING of firearms, fireworks or any weapons.
Use of the open lawn area around the cottage is permitted during your stay. The woods are private property - no trespassing.
