Good property but lack of support.
Overall the property is in a good location with good transport back to the train station. What went bad for us was that on checking in, we found the fridge was turned off and there was water all over the kitchen floor and in the fridge. We texted the owner and were told that she was in Australia and the property manager was out of town. We were told to mop up everything which we did without grumbling. During the stay, the house had too many flies and since there was no AC or fans, it was hard to sleep. I asked the owner if she could provide fans and she told us no. It would be good if the owner can buys a few fans for the rooms.After checking out, a few days later, we were sent an invoice for 50 CHF to cover a broken chair. I told the owner that the chair was there from the beginning and we did not break it. She told us that she believed the property manager since it was the property manager's word against ours. She told us that she was not calling us liars but we were still charged the 50 CHF! So even though the property was good, the overall experience was not what we expected.
