Beautifully updated modern farmhouse on Lake Hartwell! This lakefront property is perfect for multiple families to enjoy time at the lake. It features a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, two master bedrooms with king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, two guest rooms, finished basement, and a dock. Fantastic lake views from both master bedrooms and the main living space. Located 1.5 miles from Tugaloo State Park in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great stay here for Labor Day weekend with our family. The house looks and feels like a new house and has plenty of room inside for everyone. The gentle slope down to the dock was also a nice bonus especially for the older folks in our family. The dock has a lot of space on it to hang out and the water off the end of the dock is good for swimming.

This home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. I loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the view of the lake. The dock was great and the sidewalk leading to it was not too steep so that the older adults felt comfortable walking down for a visit. The beds were very comfortable. Lake Hartwell family vacation

We brought two boats and extra kayaks. The boat dock was our favorite place. Plenty of deck chairs with lights and music. Swimming and fishing right off the dock. Large dining room table to accommodate meals together and family games. Everyone had an amazing time together, nobody wanted to leave. The stairs and steep walkway were hard at first but easier at end of stay. Good memories.

Exceptional LakeHouse for the Family

Our family was super excited for this LakeHouse ... and the overall experience was one of a top notch, high end, perfectly cleaned and amazing overall amenities. The open floor concept is inviting and perfect! The lake views from virtually every back of the house windows are stunning! The boat dock is upgraded and so spacious for large groups to sit out and enjoy. We were in town for our daughter's Clemson graduation ... she loved the house - the layout, the comfort ... the fun game room downstairs. The owner was easily reached within minutes for any questions. This home is an absolute gem!

Enchanting stay!

What a beautiful home and property. My family, a group of 9 of us plus our mini Aussie dog, rang in the new year in this perfect lakeside home. The location is perfect, secluded from any kind of hustle and bustle of town or city, but not remote and difficult to access or go out for supplies and explore. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, something I was actually a little bit concerned with since our group can tend to be a bit loud haha. Herds of beautiful deer strolled through the grounds at sunrise and sunset every day calmly eating and hanging around. And the sunrises over the lake were stunning! The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed for all the meals we made. You truly can arrive and not move from the property if you don’t want to. Exploring the area and hiking trails was easy though and well worth the outings. Kim was so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! Would go back in an instant. Thank you again Kim for a wonderful experience!

Perfect!

This is our third year in a row renting on Lake Hartwell and I believe we found the perfect home and spot! This home is beautiful, amazingly stocked and has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy a week on the lake. We rented a boat and fished off of the dock most of the time, but as usual, did explore the local spots to eat and let the kids play. The host is very responsive and extremely reasonable - This home and host had the perfect combination to make for a perfect vacation with friends.

Wonderful Christmas holiday

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for a family gathering. Two levels to spread out and lots to entertain. Excellent communication with the gracious and accommodating host. My only suggestion is to share a few spare bath towels for extra convenience. We will be back!

Fun and relaxing lake getaway

What a nice retreat for our two families to enjoy as a last hoorah to summer, The home was inviting with two masters, two additional bedrooms and a great basement full of fun waiting to be had! Seating was comfortable and spacious and kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was clean and fresh and all the details were well-planned down to laundry detergent and trash bags! Thank you for thinking of all the details. The access to the large dock in the quiet cove gifted us with hours of swimming, kayaking, and watching the sunrises. With the ability to dock the boat we rented, we came home for lunch during the day which was perfect too.
