Additional Info:
• This property is below our family residence.
• A licensed daycare is operated in our residence from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Noise is to be expected.
• Because our licensed childcare program operates above the rental, there may be rare occasions when state licensing inspectors require access to the rental space. We will provide notice whenever possible. Guests may stay or leave during the inspection, and no personal belongings will be touched or disturbed.
• Additionally, we have two small dogs and two cats that are friendly and may stop by to say hello on the patio.
• We’re happy to provide local tips, restaurant recommendations, and KU area guidance to make your stay enjoyable.
