Brand new three-bedroom apartment (opening April 2023) of 70 sqm located in Lazise in a quiet residential complex about 1 km from the center of Lazise and all services.
The guests' attention will be immediately captured by the large private terrace with partial lake view, perfect to spend convivial moments and enjoy the days. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and sun curtain. Casa Erika flat is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons and consists of a bright living area with modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living room is furnished with special attention to every detail, offers a comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), wifi and a Sat-TV. The accommodation has two bedrooms with wardrobe and balcony. Modern windowed bathroom with shower box. Centralized air conditioning in every room and washing machine at guest's disposal. The complex offers a lovely swimming pool with solarium area (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a nice garden with olive trees. One parking space reserved for our guests.
