Villa Greghe-Luxury and comfort with swimming pool
On the first hill of Lazise there is Villa Greghe, a large and modern structure just finished and equipped with every comfort.
The villa has a swimming pool with hydro-massage area, a completely fenced garden with barbecue and a furnished patio for outdoor dining.
A car park with a shade shelter and a storage room for bicycles and other leisure items.
Charging stations for cars, with power up to 5KW, and e-bikes are available free of charge.
Inside, on the ground floor, we find a large living room/kitchen with a large sofa that can accommodate one person for the night and a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for every need.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom, while a second double bedroom and one with two single beds share the second bathroom.
From the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and a glimpse of the lake.
Only small pets (15 kg) are allowed
The Villa is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
