Villa de vacances de type T4 sur 3 niveaux composée d’un salon/salle à manger avec TV et canapé ouvert sur un coin cuisine équipé : micro-ondes, four, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, réfrigérateur/congélateur, plaques de cuisson 4 feux, nécessaire vaisselle). Belle terrasse vue sur le lac Marin avec son ponton privé.
Au 1er étage : Une chambre avec lit en 140 (couchage 2 personnes), placard de rangement et accès sur un balcon. Une salle de bain équipée d’un lave-linge et WC séparé. Une seconde chambre avec un lit en 90 et coin penderie. Au 2ème étage, une grande chambre avec 3 lits en 90 et une salle d’eau avec douche.
Les petit plus : Magnifique terrasse bois directement sur l’eau, ponton privé pour bateau sans cout supplémentaire. Maison équipée pour 6 personnes maximum.
