Just what we wanted.

The house and location were just what we wanted; near shops, restaurants and a market and very near the caves and archaeology of the area The house in particular was full of character and has made for a memorable short holiday.

Lovely old property

This was a lovely old house from another era, an adorable private garden and situated at the quiet end of a lovely village. Could use some renovation and a more modern kitchen, if you were going to stay longer than a few days, but was fine for our short stay. Mr. Tixier was available just around the corner and by phone at a moment's notice which we really appreciated. He was responsive and nice--the things you need when travelling, as we were, in another country :)

L’accueil s’est très bien. La maison est très agréable. Quelques pièces pourraient avoir un petit coup de frais mais c’est du détail. Par contre, il y a peu voire trop peu de matériel de cuisine (pas assez d’assiette, pas d’assiettes à soupe, pas de planche à découper). C’est le seul défaut qu’il serait important de corriger. Pour des personnes comme nous qui aimons cuisiner, c’était juste. Malgré tout, nous nous sommes débrouillés et avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Magnifique demeure au coeur du Bugue

Une hôtesse merveilleuse de gentillesse et de disponibilité a contribué à rendre notre séjour partait dans cette région superbe. Détail qui n’en est pas un dans le contexte climatique que nous connaissons : la maison reste très fraîche jour et nuit.

Nice place to visit Perigord
