Very Disappointing experience/Très décevant

Many shortcomings: electrical hazards-plugins not secured to the wall, loose wire unsecured close to the sink, leaking tank in main floor bathroom.No toilet seat in loft bathroom. Property manager promised to get it repaired but never did. No instruction guide book on site containing wifi information, tv, operation of kitchen appliances garbage/recycle disposal. Although the kitchen has been recently updated, the rest of the apartment and the complex need a major facelift. Information should be provided upfront in property description re cleaning fees and security deposit and not provided 3 days before arrival by owner. The premium host (manager) was rude, insulting and aggressive in our dealings with him on day 2 of our stay as he was not present on our arrival. We would not recommend this property and closer scrutiny should be provided by VRBO.

It's a 2 bedroom + a loft

This condo should not be listed as a 3 bedroom apartment; the loft, which is decorated as a child's room is open to the living area, there is no door. The area could be set up as an office or for young children. Furthermore, the condo is located 10 minutes walk from the beach, not across the street. The following are several other violations/neglect: cobwebs allover the ceilings-Bruno was informed. 3 electrical sockets dangerously out of the wall-living room and loft Dirty carpet in the loft area, the pink carpet had stain and dirty the upstairs bathroom was not properly clean. The place is dated, therefore, it need to be well maintained. I will not return next year. I would have liked to have the same location each year. thank you thank you

Les chambres

Nous étions 3 personnes indépendante et pensions trouvé 3 vrai chambres indépendante ce qui était bien annoncé dans l'annonce ? Hors ils y avais 2 vraie chambres vues que la 3éme était placer dans un genre de couleurs qui ressemblait plutôt à un coin de bureau donc 2 petit lits et aucune intimité. Les matelas n'étaient pas de bonne qualité, manque d'éclairage surtout dans le coin cuisine sans disant en travaux. Les douche sont hauteur glissante et aucun points de maintien surtout celle dû bas . Dès notre arrivée nous avons demandé des doubles clés, un tapis de porte et la conciergerie nous à dit qu'elle passerai le message et nous tiendrai informé mais malheureusement pas de retours. Nous avions rencontré de difficulté à fermer les portes de terrasses. Nous avions par moment peur que le store de la terrasse allait nous tombé dessus car il étais de travers et l'extrémité très bas ,pas de barbecue et c'était dommage.

Logement diamant

bien que le logement soit rénové, ce n’est pas le cas de la résidence, concernant l’état de la piscine il manque des carreaux au fond, le pédiluve ne fonctionne pas et de nombreuses vitres sont cassées ce qui donne un mauvais aspect général tout comme les bâtiments en cours de rénovation ce qui implique des travaux et donc des nuisances lors de notre séjour, pour finir le tennis est à l’abandon et non utilisable. La résidence est à 5 minutes de la plage du diamant… en voiture.Nous n’avons eu aucun contact avec l’hôte, seulement avec sa concierge, Lauriane, jeune femme fort sympathique et facilement joignable mais si vous avez besoin de rien vous pouvez lui demander…Une serviette par personne pour 21 jours… c’est limitePour conclure le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans tout l’appartement, à croire que c’est le wifi du voisin…L’expérience globale de cet hébergement n’est pas mauvaise, je lui donnerais un 6/10 c’est dommage qu’il y ai eu un manque d’attentions et ce n’est pas sûr que l’on y retournera

Découverte de la Martinique

Nous recherchions un logement bien situé pour visiter la Martinique. Nous avons trouvé!!! Tres bien aménagé, spacieux. Le necessaire pour passer 12 jours ( machine à laver, piscine tres appreciable le soir) proche de la place du diamant avec son marché couvert et les petites paillottes pour manger le soir. Tres bien situé pour rejoindre un peu tous les cotés de l'île ( entre 1h30 pour aller au nord, et 45 minutes au sud). Communication super, tres reactive, à l'écoute et très arrangeant pour arrivée et depart. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Nous avons apprécié l'espace de l'appartement et confortable. La piscine malgré qu'il n'y a pas de chaises est très convenable. Certains propriétaires fournissent des transats. Bien situé. Il n'y a plus de tennis. Le jardin arrière est très beau. L'appartement est au deuxième étage. Nous avons aimé le site en général.

Nettes Apartment mit Pool

Apartment hält, was es verspricht - sauber und gut ausgestattet. Pool war super und wurde insbesondere von den Kindern sehr geschätzt. Weg zum Strand/Ort 10-15 min. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Appartement très sympa, grand, parfait pour les familles. Piscine bien propre, manque juste des transats. Résidence non loin des commerces. Appartement très propre, bien équipé dans une très belle propriété avec parking piscine et grand jardin pour les enfants. La plage est à 300 mètres. Bruno nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Je recommande cette location.

APPARTEMENT CONFORTABLE ET BELLE PISCINE

Ancien hôtel, nous avons apprécié le confort et l'espace de de l'appartement, la grande piscine et le calme. Dans l'appartement, une climatisation (dans la mezzanine) ne fonctionnait pas et un volet roulant de chambre était cassé, et le propriétaire ne nous a fourni qu'une parure de drap et serviette de bain pour les deux semaines. Bouteille de vieux Rhum et petit-déjeuner offert. La mer et les commerces se situent à 1 km de la résidence.
