Welcome to "Le Hibou": Comfort and Relaxation in Le Fleix (Dordogne)

Welcome to our charming 76 m² apartment, ideal for up to 6 guests in the heart of Le Fleix. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), this warm and fully air-conditioned apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the Périgord region with family or friends. High-speed Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are included: we've thought of everything so you can simply unpack!

The accommodation comprises the following:

Living area: A welcoming 25 m² living room with a television, a comfortable double sofa bed, and a comfortable dining area. Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need to cook like at home (electric hob, oven, microwave, 6-place dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, etc.). Sleeping area: Two bright and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe. Bathroom: A modern shower room and a separate WC for added privacy.

Included amenities: Reversible air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan. For families: A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Appartement dans propriété fermée et verdoyante

Plusieurs appartements dans propriété fermée. Avons séjourné à l étage . Pièces spacieuses, bien équipé seul désagrément une seule pièce avec fenêtre sinon des velux sans volets . Hôte très accueillante . Jardin bien aménagé avec plusieurs salons de jardin et piscine et chaises longues .
