In the municipality of Le Gosier and close to Sainte-Anne, the location of the villa is ideal for visiting the entire island and enjoying the most beautiful beaches of Grande-Terre.



Less than 5 minutes by car from the villa, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, La Poste, and a gas station.



With an area of 90 m² 60 m² of covered terrace), the villa can accommodate 6 people:

On one level, the villa consists of 3 bedrooms distributed as follows:
