une "maison" bien située

Un appartement qui ressemble à une maison avec la salle à manger qui donne la sensation d'être "dehors". La cuisine est bien équipée, la vaisselle est en nombre suffisant. Les 3 chambres sont appréciables lorsqu'il y a 3 enfants d'âges différents (et de rythmes de vie divers). Le quartier est calme et les commerces tout proches.
