Ce studio a Ă©tĂ© parfait pour notre sĂ©jour Ă  Le Grau Du Roi : emplacement idĂ©al au centre, prĂšs des magasins mais surtout Ă  3mn Ă  pied de la plage – idĂ©al pour nos enfants. TrĂšs propre et une bonne salle de bain/douche. Certains aspects auraient besoin d’ĂȘtre un peu rĂ©novĂ© mais tout fonctionnait et la cuisine Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Yann de l’agence qui gĂšre le studio Ă©tait incroyablement aimable et serviable et c’est une autre raison de recommandĂ© ce studio. The studio was perfect for our stay in Le Grau Du Roi: ideal location in the centre, close to lots of shops but more importantly only 3mn walk from the beach – ideal when you have kids. Very clean and lovely bathroom/shower. Some parts needed a little updating but everything worked and the kitchen was very good. Yann from the agency managing the rental was incredibly friendly and helpful and another reason I would recommend this studio.

Logement trÚs bien placé , balcon agréable. Facilités d entrées et de sortie avec les coffres à code. Personnel de l agence trÚs agréable et arrangeant. Jolie salle d eau. Odeur d égout désagréable dans la salle de bain.Literie du canapé bruyante et matelas trop fin. Meubles salon vieillots. Isolation phonique entre l appartement et la montée d immeuble insuffisante.

l'emplacement plutot qu'un lave vaisselle, un lave linge serait je pense plus adapté . De plus, en prenant la location des draps et serviettes ainsi que l'option ménage en fin de séjour, je pense qu'on pourrait avoir les lits de faits à notre arrivée
