Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 70 m² apartment in Le Lavandou, just 650 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment is a south-facing dual-aspect property with lovely views from every room; it is situated on the 2nd floor (no lift). The living area and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The accommodation comprises:
- A beautiful, very bright 27 m² living room with a TV, sofa...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, ...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioned (since December 2024)
- A bathroom with shower
- A utility room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony with an awning to enjoy sunny days.

Parking is available in the residence’s car park 50 metres away, with an automatic gate: there are approximately 20 steps leading up from the car park.

The flat is ideally situated, 300 metres from the centre of Vieux Lavandou. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. There’s also a supermarket 400 metres away.

Ask for clear instructions on where to meet when checking in as it’s not obvious. Apart from that though great value for money, good location, has everything you would need so would recommend!

Le Blue Sea "Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Ausstattung insb. der Küche war vollumfänglich, uns fehlte es in der Wohnung an nichts. Die Betten sind wie beschrieben Queensize-Betten und mit 160cm etwas schmal für unsere Geschmäcker. Daunendecke und Matratze waren durchgängig 160x200. Die Betten quietschten etwas und waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu weich. Die Klimaanlage füllte täglich eine volle Schüssel mit Kondenswasser auf dem Balkon, welche daher täglich geleert werden musste. Leider fehlte hierzu ein expliziter Hinweis der Concierge, sodass wir erst nach einer Beschwerde einer Nachbarin unter uns auf dieses Abwasserproblem auf dem Balkon aufmerksam wurden. Für unseren Aufenthalt war die Wohnung trotzdem ideal. Insb. ein eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war in diesem Viertel Gold wert, weil Parkraum dort rar ist. Die fußläufige Nähe zum weitläufigen Strand war auch klasse. Die Wohnung sieht schick aus und wirkte insg. gepflegt und sauber."

Le Blue Sea "Die Unterkunft hat einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und mit einem Balkon von morgens bis abends Sonne. Alles war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Der eigene Parkplatz war sehr gut. Leider hatten wir kein Internet/WLAN und Bettbezüge und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Das steht aber auch in der Beschreibung und wird transparent Kommuniziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Unterkunft gehen."

La présence d'un lit parapluie et de jeux pour enfant a été très apprécié. Petit bémol, concernant le bruit. L'appartement se trouve entouré de deux routes assez fréquentées et bruyantes. Mis a part cela, l'emplacement est très bien, proche de nombreux commerces et non loin de la plage. Très pratique également la mise à disposition d'une place parking. De plus que se soit le logement ou les communs tout était très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille."
