Le Lavandou und St. Claire wunderschön, Lage der Wohnung super, Unterkunft an sich, sehr in die Jahre gekommen, schmutziger Boden und Geschirr in den SchrĂ€nken, Matrazen waren zu klein fĂŒr die Betten und vom Zustand grenzwertig. Als wir die Wohnung öffneten, kamen uns viele Motten und Ameisen entgegen

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist toll, nur eine Straße vor dem Objekt verursacht etwas LĂ€rm. Das Objekt selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wen Kleinigkeiten nicht stören kommt hier gut zurecht. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he sind super tolle StrĂ€nde !!! Nur der Parkplatz ist echt ĂŒbel. Wir hatten Nummer 5, absolut keine Chance so zu Parken dass die Nr. 6 noch belegbar wĂ€re. Extrem unzugĂ€nglich. Wurde vermutlich gebaut als alle noch mit einem 3m langen Fiat 500 in der Gegend rumgefahren sind...

Certes, la vue est belle. Mais 1) c'est trĂšs bruyant (grosse route qui passe juste en dessous, on Ă©tait rĂ©veillĂ©s par les motos/camions) et 2) le logement est vraiment sommaire (petites lampes de chevet pour seul Ă©clairage dans chaque piĂšce, pas de housses de couette pour les couettes (!), pas de chauffage...) et surtout trĂšs humide : malgrĂ© le beau temps toute la semaine, nos vĂȘtements draps etc. sentaient le moisi et Ă©taient trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables Ă  porter. Enorme buĂ©e sur les fenĂȘtres au rĂ©veil.

Si la vue est trÚs agréable depuis la terrasse, le logement laissait à désirer en terme de propreté (frigidaire, poubelle...) et de fonctionnalité... Prise arrachée du mur, clayette manquante au niveau de la porte du frigidaire, perte du signal TV lorsque le volet est fermé, prises peu accessibles alors qu'elles servent à des usages multiples (TV+CafetiÚre +...sÚche cheveu...). Proposition de passage technicien et équipe ménage mais il faut accepter de les laisser entrer en votre absence...

Magnifique vue sur la mer

Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse sur la baie du Lavandou. La plage est à 500 mÚtre, le centre du Lavandou à 1,5 kms. Le logement correspond à la description, il est spacieux, au calme. 3 observations : certaines prises de courant sont vétustes, attention avec de jeunes enfants, une salle de bain étroite avec un remplissage de réservoir des toilettes hyper lent et l'absence de clim pour ce type de logement est dommage.
