Nestling in an idyllic location in the heart of a green setting, this villa offers a unique blend of comfort and elegance thanks to its spacious layout spread over several levels.
On the first level, enjoy a modern, spacious lounge area with HD television. From here, you can head up to the large rooftop solarium, fitted with deckchairs and offering breathtaking sea views, ideal for sunbathing.
On the second level, the spacious living area includes a lounge and a large kitchen with dining area. This leads onto a first terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco with a panoramic view. The swimming corridor (open from mid-May to September) is the perfect place to cool off and relax in beautiful surroundings. Two bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, provide the first sleeping area.
On the following level, you can enjoy a large recreation room with a TV corner and a table football table, ideal for convivial moments.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy spacious accommodation with three independent sleeping areas. Each of these bedrooms has its own private shower room and plenty of storage space. The whole opens onto a superb terrace, with many dining areas and a beautiful summer kitchen.
Lastly, on the garden level, the highlight of the residence, a large swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace completes this heavenly location.
