Upstairs:

- Bedroom 3: three single beds
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140x190) with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub)
- One bathroom (with shower)
- Two separate toilets
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A beautiful 300 m² private garden, partially fenced, with two picnic tables and garden furniture
- A north-facing roof terrace measuring 26 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Le Tronchet, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
