QUEEN PALM VILLAS

Le lieu (jardin, domaine, qualité des installations, agencement de la villa, proximité avec le sentier de la boucle du Vauclin), services (livraison de courses à l´arrivée, accueil, entretien piscine régulier, conseils de sortie/déjeuner) et les équipements spéciaux (chaise haute, mixeur, baignoire bébé, moustiquaire bébé, rehausseur enfant, brassards avec soutien de la tete), la haute qualité des équipements offerts (barbecue, batterie de cuisine, électroménager) La plupart des verres sont très beaux mais fragiles, ils peuvent casser au lave vaisselle (et aussi: ne pas donner aux enfants). Quelques verres en plastique coloré étaient prévus. Prévoir plus de verres plus simples et adaptés aux enfants? En plus de la liste de lieux à visiter ou pour déjeuner, prévoir une liste de commerces de bouche (adresse et numéro de téléphone de Bel Poisson, supermarchés au Francois ou au Marin, où trouver une bonne boucherie pour le barbecue ou de bons fruits et légumes) car les commerces ou le marché du Vauclin offrent peu de choix et il n´est pas forcément possible d´aller plusieurs fois pendant le séjour à l´Hyper U du Lamentin ou de Fort de France.

La qualité de l'accueil et de la prise en charge dès la phase de réservation. Nous avons trouvé exactement ce qui était présenté dans la présentation du site. La maison est tout à fait adaptée en surface et équipements au nombre de personnes prévu. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la réservation directe des véhicules par l'intermédiaire de l'agence. Difficile de faire des suggestions d'amélioration, rien ne nous a manqué durant ce séjour.

Un cadre verdoyant magnifique, calme et sécurisé. Une villa moderne bien aménagée et équipée. Une literie confortable... Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, les attentions et la réactivité de l'équipe. Superbe villa, très bien équipée, située dans un endroit paisible. Pour ceux qui aiment la marche, il y a un sentier facilement accessible donnant accès à de très beaux paysages ainsi qu’à la ville de Le Vauclin. Tout était prêt à notre arrivée et nous avons reçu l’assistance requise pour un séjour agréable.
