Two-room apartment on the second floor of a period building located in the heart of the historic center. in a strategic position the apartment overlooks the main square of the city, Piazza Santo Oronzo, and the amphitheater.
It is accessed via a staircase of sixty steps.
The apartment has the typical ceilings with the characteristic star vaults (5.30m) and the original floors, namely the cementine, from which the name. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes and utensils and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, oven, toaster and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is also a sofa bed - the apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wi-fi, television, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, courtesy line and air conditioning in the sleeping area. bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fan and portable fan. the house is completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment.
