Welcome to Apple Tree Cottage, a quirky but spacious two-bedroom cottage forming part of a series of adjoining Grade II listed buildings set in the heart of the Harewood Estate at Knap’s Yard. Following outstanding renovation, this cottage has been transformed into a wonderful holiday home. Entering via the hall, you walk into a spacious kitchen/dining room with elegant coloured units, finished with a granite work top, which are well stocked with glassware and crockery, along with all the kitchen equipment you should need. The spacious living room is home to a cosy wood burner, red-brick chimney, original period wood panelling, wood-effect floors, comfortable sofas, a Smart television and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Stairs off the living room take you upstairs where a corridor leads to a large master bedroom with a Hypnos bed, which can be set as a super kingsize bed or twin if preferred. Further along the corridor, the house bathroom features a walk-in rain dance shower. At the end of the corridor is a cosy second bedroom with a Hypnos kingsize bed (which can also be set as a twin).
Outside is a beautifully planted fenced garden, offering space to sit out and enjoy a BBQ with a glass of wine while enjoying the rolling landscape. There is also a lockable shed for bikes and plenty of secure off road parking.
These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 50 guests.
