Perfect location but 1 serious problem.

Location perfect. Taps on bath/shower stuck so couldn't turn off hot after shower resulting in scolding to wrist and foot. No one in reception when checking out to report issue. Hope they sort this before someone is badly burned.

The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There was some noise at night, after the Lionesses roared, but no problem there! An excellent stay which I shall repeat in the future.

Would stay again

Weather hot and humid, room airless, fan available from reception but room window opened into building well where multiple extractor fans belted out hot air from surrounding buildings. Occasional high noise levels from live/recorded music and aircraft. Corridor busy night and day with arrivals, departures, and party makers. Bathroom extractor fan pathetic, mould growth obvious. Toilet seat unstable. Sheets and towels beautifully clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Price very reasonable. Would stay again, hopefully in another room.
