Disliked: Cleanliness
Booked in the apartment on 25th of December, the Host almost immediatly replied that unfortunately the apartment was double booked by someone else. I ve texted back asking the host about refund details and was ignored for 1.5 weeks, then got replied that he is gonna find out about the refund as my check in date is beyond the point of being refunded for. After that went quite again even though I have asked about any updates several times. Pretty much got scammed on 180 pounds.
