Clean room, shower was powerful. We were unable to stay at the hotel on our first night due to an electrical issue in some of the rooms so had to stay at another hotel. This situation was handled professionally and politely by Lennon.

We were attending an event at the Royal Amouries Museum and the hotel is perfectly located for this - just a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance. The room we had was very spacious with a large bed and sofa bed. Perfect for the three of us. The shower was powerful and had the addition of shampoo and body wash. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the one night stay. It was extremely quiet and the black out curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great too. A choice of six hot items as well as pastries and the coffee was good!
