It would have been nice to receive hand soap next to sink even if it fitted in!!! The hotel in only two months but is starting to look slightly tied in places… overall it a nice hotel.

Big rooms with lots of FF&E. 'Home from Home' but do we need all that? V comfortable bed. Can't open the window & must rely on a/c, which seemed to have a mind of its own - turned it off. Staff - all smiles & very attentive. Only just opened & well done to all

Close to station.

Close to station but a bit tricky to get there. Very nice very modern room. Close to city center, Corn exchange and market. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Try harder

I really wanted to like this place. And there was a lot I liked. Not the least, the location. But one day of my stay I was away from the room all day, from 9am to 10pm. When I returned, the door was open. I have no idea how long it was like this, but I presume hours. The doors are designed to close and lock automatically. But someone had opened the door and then turned the bolt, which prevented door from closing. If a hotel can't prioritize security,bit deserves a zero. Aside from this incident, I found their minimalist housekeeping odd. This is not uncommon in the post-pandemic era. But they didn't appear to have a set policy. It was hit and miss. One day they came in and made the bed but didn't empty wastebaskets. One day someone moved the nightstand presumably to make it easier to make before. But then didn't put it back. Another day they took my shower cap. Maybe they thought it was trash. But at the same time they left a used tea cup. On the positive side I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. And I enjoyed the daily breakfast.

Fantastic stay, amazing staff

What a fantastic hotel with even more fantastic staff who made our stay so memorable! Great location with train station right next to it and many buses. The room is full of modern, intelligent space solutions and great quality with finish. The kitchen was fully equipped including coffee pods. That TV goes 360 degrees between living room n bedroom. Bed, bath and views were so lush. Breakfast staff were great, very attentive in the busiest of times. There was a good variety, however the quality of it could be better. There is a pay n display car park under the railway arches just behind the hotel that is much more reasonable than the Q park. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back.
