Worse experience I’ve ever had such dishonest I’m still to angry to have ripped off in this way It was for a serious business trip that was ruined
Not up to date so I had to sit outside for 40 minutes because the site is not what’s sent
Several holes
Couldn’t open the door in 30 degrees heat so no access to the balcony

The overall stay was okay, good location, easy parking. When booking a stay here I would advise that you are aware of the following: - The place could do with slight fixing. Some items were broken/worn down. - We booked the stay for 2 people and were only provided with one set of towels - Communication was very last minute and even though responses were reasonably quick the organisation could be improved. Week prior to stay I had contacted to confirm car details for parking and asked that if there is anything else required to please inform me & I will get that sorted. Nothing else was requested. On the day of arrival as we were waiting to go in I have last minute emails and details requesting the deposit to get entry codes & instructions. Deposit should have been requested prior to arrival, at check in or booking and not last minute, especially as I did specifically ask if there was anything else required for our stay.
