Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above and beyond amazing and I am very grateful for her help. Such an amazing stay and I highly recommend to everyone.

Room was spotless, new, comfortable bed & everything you need in kitchen. Shower is great, hot & love the rain shower head. I would have given it 5 stars but the underfloor heating did not feel warm & couldn’t adjust heating. When the bathroom light is on the airflow goes on in the room then the temperature drops. The blinds are not wide enough so light seeps in from outside however I understand this is being addressed. Joe on reception was so friendly & very accommodating. Quiet & fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely spacious clean room but would not recommend the ground floor facing out onto The Headrow! Way too noisy with traffic and esp all the inebriated students walking past the windows. Couldn’t sleep, forgot earplugs!

Lovely apartment hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. Good to have the TV positioned for viewing from the sofa rather than the bed although a weak signal caused the picture to break up. Well equipped kitchen with work space and some essentials provided. Oven is set really high and there's no toaster, to use the grill I had to stand on a chair. Powerful shower but slow to drain. Heating was hard to control so mostly left off - the weather was mild. The room needs curtains - the blinds don't keep out the light (bring an eye mask!) I liked the option to have your bin emptied - that's all I need during a short stay. Overall, I'd stay here again for the location, amenities and staff, and at a sensible price.

For an apartment it’s the best stocked apartment I’ve stayed in. But the microwave didn’t work and the bath plug didn’t fit properly. Sleep quality varies per apartment, as the blinds are totally inadequate and the heating vents are very loud

We spent 2 nights in a one bedroom suite with an amazing view of Leeds Town Hall. The spacious, well-appointed apartment was immaculate in terms of cleanliness & really well-equipped, so much so that it went above & beyond in meeting all our needs & expectations. The staff were welcoming & friendly, & although we didn’t have any further requirements, I feel that if we did, they would have been addressed without any issues. Finally, the apartments are in a great location in the city centre & as we arrived by train, they were around a 10 minute walk from the station. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate in staying at The Jubilee again & are already planning our next stay when visiting family in Leeds.
