Decent and convenient

Overall good stay- struggled with key cards working properly even after replacement. Honestly needs more sound insulation- not sure what the deal was but EVERY Step taken by the guests in the room over ours was heard and felt . I was 2nd floor

Decent budget spot

Service was very good. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was suitable and I appreciate that it was included. The coffee was pretty bad, but I can forgive them for that. My only complaints would be that the bath faucet was dripping all night long and the toilet would suddenly run very loudly in the middle of the night. The hotel could stand an update as everything is pretty outdated however, the bed was quite comfortable.

The 3pm check in was horrible, they charged $40-$50 for early check in and late checkout, this was borderline criminal. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The TV was on top of the closet in a corner, the windows were dirty to the point you almost didn't need the blinds. Do not recommend will not return.

My wife and I misunderstood the breakfast cut off time. We came down around 10:15. There was an employee at the breakfast counter with a plate of biscuits in front of her. My wife asked her, where are the biscuits? She said breakfast is closed and walked out with her plate. My wife was upset because there was nothing to eat and she needed to take medicine. She and I were the only people in the room. She said loud enough for the employees at the front desk to hear, how ridiculous it was that an employee can get her food after the end time , but a guest can’t. One of the women angrily yelled to her the hotel’s policy with regard to minor employees right to eat. Why wouldn’t she have either asked my wife to come to the desk or better yet, come over to my wife? and even better, perhaps offered to make an exception. My wife ended up apologizing to the girl with the biscuits, but no one apologized to my wife. We had to go out for breakfast. The next morning we came down around 9:00. There were no boiled eggs in the little fridge. I asked the desk if there were any more eggs. One of the women said I don’t think so and made no effort to find out. I’m pretty sure it was the same one that was so rude the day before. All the female employees at the front seem to hate being there. The two men were much nicer. The house keeping staff was very polite when we passed them in the hallway. The bath tub was dirt. Everything else was fine. We stayed there last year as well. Not again.

Seamless check in

I arrived with my children around noon and was informed by customer service that our room was not yet ready. However, they reassured me that cleanliness was a top priority and that the wait would be worth it. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, having never stayed at a small-chain hotel before, but I kept an open mind. Around 3:30 PM, I returned and was completely impressed. Two hours prior, I had received an email prompting me to check in online—a process I had never experienced, even at luxury hotels. It was seamless; I checked in using my phone, credit card, and driver’s license. When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and had my room key ready the moment I said my name. They even offered my family pineapple-infused water and freshly baked cookies, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcome. As we made our way to our room, I noticed how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being fully booked. The room itself exceeded all expectations—immaculate, well-designed, and incredibly clean. The bathroom was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. That night, I felt completely safe with my children, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and missed breakfast, but I have no doubt it would have been great. I highly recommend this hotel. The customer service was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning!

The evening manager refused to let me and my son in our room. We had already been here 3 days. I was ill and could barely hold my body up but she treated me and my son like vagrants and was extremely rude. She cussed me out with extremely foul language then told me and my son we had to leave. I will never stay at a Microtel or Wyndham again after the treatment we received. We were put out at 11 pm 1100 miles from home. Despicable
