Alegria 1 is the first of two spacious houses surrounded by olive trees.

It is conveniently located 4 km from Lefkada town , at the seaside village of Ligia in a quiet area. Ligia is at a distance of 11 km from Nidri, 5 km from Agios Ioannis beach , 9 km from Agios Nikitas and 10 km from Kathisma . At the picturesque harbor of Ligia you will find fishing boats and fish taverns. All around there are also bakeries, fruit stores, mini markets, cafes, grill, pizzeria and restaurants .Within walking distance from the house to the main road there are a mini market and the bus stop.
The house consists of three levels, at a total size of 130 m2. At the ground floor there are the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a wc. In the living room there is a sofa and a spacious dining table for six people where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner. The kitchen is separate, bright and fully equipped (fridge, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine,coffee maker).
Upstairs there are the main bathroom and three bedrooms: one double- bed room and two single-bed rooms. The third level of the house is in the basement, a special space which can be isolated from the rest house via an internal door. Two small windows allow the natural light to come in.
In the basement there are a double bed, a 2-seater sofa bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
The living room and the bedrooms on the first floor have individually controlled air conditioning (a / c) while the basement offers natural coolness ! For families with children a lodge, a baby highchair, a bed guard rail and a safety gate for stairs are available on your demand.
Clean sheets and towels along with house cleaning every three days.
