Villa Oriana is situated on the outskirsts of the village of Perigiali, in an elevated position providing stunning views of Scorpios and the other small islands of Lefkada.

Villa Oriana is in an ideal location providing easy access to the small harbor town of Perigiali, which is a 20 minute walk away and only 3km away from the heart of Nydri. The villa is also close to the picturesque beach of Pasa, which is only 400m away and can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Despite its proximity to Nydri, Villa Oriana benefits from a quiet hillside position, nestled amongst old olive and cypress trees that were preserved to enhance its gardens and blend seamlessly into the surrounding mountain.


POOL AND GARDENS

Villa Oriana boasts a very large pool with a total length of 15 metres (50 feet) which makes it ideal for swimming laps.
It has a shallow end with depth of 1 metre and a deep end with a depth of 1.5 metres.

The pool area features a large terrace for sun loungers including two large, shaded areas for both sun loungers and for a separate seating area. A few steps down from the pool terrace, there is a path leading to lovely terrace under the shade of olive and pine trees from where you can absorb the stunning views surrounded by nature.


BEDROOMS

All the bedrooms are situated on the lower level of the villa benefiting from additional insulation from the summer heat. The bedrooms also have the advantage that they have direct access to the pool area as their balcony doors open onto a terrace, and from there a few steps to the pool which is at a higher level.

Villa Oriana has five en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds and three of the bedrooms have twin beds that can also be joined to form a large double bed. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with bespoke solid oak wood furniture and natural textured fabrics. All the bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and feature a powerful rain shower.


GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor features a bright open plan space gracefully furnished, that opens on to a large terrace for dining and relaxing. All these areas make the most of the breathtaking views that the villa has to offer.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
