Villas Balcony - Lefkada-Travel

Welcome to Villas Balcony, located in Sivota Bay on top of a hill with a magical sea view at the Ionian Islands! Whether you are coming as several families together or as a big group of friends, these villas will offer you comfort in a beautiful natural environment and a peaceful holiday!

Villas Balcony are composed of two villas - Villa Careva and Villa Evalin in close proximity of each other within a gated access land. They are situated on a top of a hill with a top view of the sea and surrounding islands. Each villa has its own infinity pool surrounded by a generous outdoor terrace with a shower, BBQ, dining and lounge area.
Together they can accommodate up to 18 people. Internet is provided for free and without limits.


Villa Evalin
Villa Evalin can accommodate comfortably 8-10 people in four bedrooms. One master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the ground floor, together with the living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor; one has its own bathroom and direct access to the garden. An extra bedroom (ideal for bigger kids) with a TV lounge area has been ¨added¨ to the villa with its own access, bathroom and space for laundry.
A large parking spot for 2-4 cars is available just in front of the villa with a shaded pergola.


Villa Careva
Villa Careva can accommodate comfortably 6-8 people in three bedrooms. Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one bedroom with four single beds is located on the first floor together with a bathroom, TV and sofa area.
A large parking spot for 2-4 cars is available just in front of the villa with a shaded pergola.


Villas Balcony are located about 1km from the nearest village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering a different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8 am until 12 am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5min).

Our selected portfolio of partners is ready to provide you with quality services such as babysitting, chef at the villa, massage, yoga class, boat rentals (sailing or speedboat), mountain biking, sea kayaking, and scuba diving or hiking in Lefkada hills. Upon your request, we can assist you with booking or recommendations.
