Vous apprécierez cette grande maison de 120 m2 sur un grand jardin, plusieurs terrasses. Cette maison rénovée avec gout dispose de 4 chambres :

Le jacuzzi est en option : 100€

Vous apprécierez les 2 salles d'eau avec des douches à l'italienne.

Parfaite pour 8 personnes vous pourrez y vivre de beaux moments en famille ou entre amis.

La villa est idéalement située, à 5 min à pied des plages du bassin, 15 min à vélo de l'Océan et l'accès à la piste cyclable menant au Cap-Ferret n'est qu'à 5 min.
