New wooden house built in 2018. The location is ideal quiet location 100metres from the market and shops. The beach of the basin is 5 minutes walk and the ocean beach of the horizon 10 minutes. The house is design and comfortable. A beautiful terrace of 250m2 built in exotic wood with landscaped garden decorates the whole. The exteriors benefit from an excellent exposure with the setting sun on the terrace. The pool is heated (5 meters). The bedding is of quality, each room is equipped with a basin. The house is equipped with a private shower for the downstairs bedroom. The shower of the first is communicating for the 2 rooms.
The garden furniture can comfortably accommodate 8 people to eat). The house benefits from all the equipment (parasol, deck chair, garden furniture. Wifi, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, teapot etc.)
