This 155 m² two-story villa boasts a lush 1,030 m² garden with a private staircase leading directly to the beach and Arcachon Bay.
In the heart of the authentic village of Canon, it enjoys a unique living environment.
Local shops are less than a 5-minute walk away (butcher, Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.), as well as the famous oyster shacks where you can enjoy oysters and white wine overlooking the bay.
The ocean and its beautiful beaches are less than 10 minutes away by bike. Piraillan Market is just a 5-minute walk away, as are the Canon Jetty and the Piraillan Reservoirs, true havens of nature for strolling and observing birds and the changing landscapes.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with a television opening onto the southeast-facing terrace, which offers exceptional views of the bay. Also on this level is a rustic kitchen with a utility room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the villa comprises four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a double bed (140 cm). Two of them have a balcony overlooking the bay, ideal for enjoying the magnificent sunrises, and one of them has a private bathroom with a toilet.
The third bedroom has a shower room, and the fourth has two single bunk beds. A bathroom with a toilet completes the property.
The garden is enclosed and planted with trees, and features an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and sun loungers right on the beach, perfect for enjoying the view.
