Really nice hotel

Really nice hotel; staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice shower room. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food - something for everyone!! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself and the location is good. The main issue is- as previous reviews have already mentioned- that it is very hot! It was not a particularly hot day, around 23 degrees and it got cool in the evening outside. However, the temperature in the room was too high and the fans just circulated the hot air. Because of that, it was impossible to sleep. There is a sign in the lift that the air-conditioning is out of order which must have been there for months. If this problem was fixed, the hotel would be very good. In the winter, the room may be fine.

Excellent hotel, and superbly clean. Very welcoming. Didn't realise the parking is free for hotel guests, ended up paying £12.50 for overnight stay as the Ringo banner appears just outside the hotel thought it would be a good idea to pay first and then enter the hotel. Very decent english breakfast.

Not happy with this location. Air conditioning was not working no phones the rooms and no amenities in bathroom. We should have received communication about the air conditioner prior to our stay do that we could have made other arrangements. Sheets and comforter too small for yhe bed.
