Wish I could give 0 stars. I booked this hotel for a contractor. There was no hot water the guest went to reception to report and was told to 'run it for a long time'. There was hot water from the sink but not the shower. My guest could not have a basic shower. Great big shiny TV in the room - that had no signal.
