This was a last minute booking after we decided to go to a gig at the O2 Academy. It was perfectly located, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. Couldn’t fault the stay or the hotel.

The young girl at the reception was very good. We had issue with the heating in the room but promptly handled the issue and organised another room and went far as putting the heating on in the room before we moved there. The Hotel is in a great location. Really pleased with the stay.

The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival. One of the rooms in our party was for a person with an electric wheelchair. The accessible room was perfect. There was room around the bed to get around and the bathroom was petfect for transferring. The other rooms were laid out for comfort and convenience. There was even a fridge in every room, which we all loved. The air conditioning was perfect for me as I like my room cool to get a good nights sleep. My only criticism would be the reduced menu over the Christmas period especially if you have people with food allergies in your party. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to meet our needs hence my 5 star review. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to all my family and friends. Well done..

Expensive drinks served in plastic cups. Not acceptable with the excuse being match day. Much better experience when we’ve visited the courtyard by Marriott at Exeter to watch Tigers play Chiefs and their bar service is so superior and you get your drinks in glasses!
