Aufenthalt sehr schön. Zimmer sehr modern und grosszügig. Parkplatz in der Nähe ohne Probleme gefunden. Hotel macht viel Werbung für Fahrräder inklusive, hat aber nur 4 Stück davon und sind nicht reservierbar. Fahrräder sind jedoch sehr hochwertig.

Zentrales Hotel, sehr stylish

Pros: Der Club, das Ambiente, das freundliche Personal
Cons: Mal ehrlich: wer plant ein Badezimmer, das man nicht heizen kann. Für meine Freundin ein echtes "no go". Wenn ich wiederkomme leider nur allein.
Location: Man ist miittendrin und es ist doch ruhig.
Das Pentahotel liegt zentral und nur knappe 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof, dem Gewandhaus und der zentralen Fussgängerzone. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stylish aber nicht unterkühlt. Die Bar im Eingangsbereich ist gleichzeitig Rezeption. Am Empfang nimmt man sich Zeit, um alle Einrichtungen des Hotels zu erklären. Es gibt ein kleines Schwimmbad und ein Gym(nicht genutzt). Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Penta Club. Hier hat man tagsüber kostenlose Softdrinks, ein kleines Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet bzw. eine à la carte Auswahl (abhängig von der Belegung der Clubzimmer). Hier kann man richtig ausspannen. Der Service ist freundlich und angenehm. Das Frühstück ist ok.

Zentrale Läge; gutes Preis-Leistungs Niveau

Überraschende Rezeption (an der Bar); sehr nettes Personal; Hitel nahe an der Oper und dem Gewandhaus; negativ: die Bettwäsche wurde nie gewechselt beim längerem Aufenthalt; das Wasser des Hallenbads zu kalt.

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Pros: Ungezwungene Atmosphäre, 24h Fitness/Spa, Zimmergröße, Lobby
Cons: WLAN
Location: Nähe Innenstadt / Hauptbahnhof
Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, da die Atmosphäre sehr ungezwungen und nicht "künstlich trendy" ist. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu, die Lage in der Nähe der Innenstadt / des Hauptbahnhofes perfekt. Einziges Problem: WLAN extrem langsam.

Trendiges Stadthotel mit erstklassigem Service

Von außen eher unscheinbar, von innen trendig-designed. Es geht schon los mit dem großzügigen Eingangsbereich: kombinierter check-in und Bar. Auch Abends zu empfehlen. Personal uneingeschränkt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet, allerdings kein Schrank. Bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel habe ich einen Zimmersafe vermisst. Bad geräumig, aber mit Wanne/Duschvorhang. Tadelloser Zustand. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Club Zimmer mit Lounge-Zugang sehr empfehlenswert. Durchschnittliches aber reichliches Frühstück. Nicht ganz billig aber den Preis wert.
