Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Réservation faite pour 2 enfants et 2 adultes.Réservation acceptée immédiatement.Résultats : le propriétaire me signale la veille qu’il n’y a que 2 places dans la chambre et que cela n’ira pas.Nous avions réservé pour une nuit pour aller au Parc Pairi Daiza et avons dû faire l’aller retour dans la journée.Aucun remboursement accepté car « le délai était dépassé ».La hotline était très gênée et ne savait que faire.Pourquoi avoir validé la réservation si il n’y avait pas suffisamment de place dans ce cas ?Je n’ai jamais eu ce problème avec Airbnb.À fuir.
